Once the flavour has been decided, Becky, our product lead, will get working to to make sure the recipe meets our strict Vive taste standards - this makes for very enjoyable days in the office. We'll then cook up a small batch of limited edition bars for you guys to enjoy!

Do I need protein though?
Protein is essential to good health. The very origin of the word — from the Greek protos, meaning “first” — reflects protein’s top-shelf status in human nutrition.

In short, yes you probably do need protein to live a healthier and happier life.
Will these bars give me an upset stomach?
We know the feeling...you try a new protein powder that promises the world, tastes great and does the job but you spend the rest of your day feeling queasy, with an upset stomach and those all-too-familiar protein pumps. By taking out the nasty ingredients that most of these bars have and using only premium protein powders, our yummy bars won't give you these nasty side effects so you won't have to worry about cancelling your plans for the day or letting out any smelly ones in the gym.
Are they vegan?
Our bars are vegan, gluten-free and don't contain any soy, milk or eggs. However, they 'may contain traces' so may not be suitable if you suffer from serious allergies.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our boxes and delivery packaging is all home recyclable. Our wrappers are recyclable in larger supermarkets.
