Our subscriptions are managed by a third party app, 'ReCharge'. If you've never placed an order before with Vive or never made an account when you've purchased previously, and the first thing you purchase is a subscription, you'll only be signing up for an account with this app 'ReCharge', not our website. So when you try to log in to our website, it won't recognise you. ​

On the 'my account' page on our website, it says 'Having issues managing your subscriptions?' underneath the log in section. If you click on that and enter your email used for subscriptions, it should send you an account invite link, whereby you can signup to an account with our website and then you should be able to successfully log in to our website and also manage your subscriptions from your dashboard. 

You can only pay Via credit/ debit card for subscriptions.

Most orders should arrive within 1-3 working days from the date your order is processed. However, please leave at least 7 working days before getting in contact.

To avoid any issues, please cancel your subscription, before the date it is processed. This can be done by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions, or you can get in contact with us to do so. We will try our best to cancel an order after it's been processed, however, we cannot guarantee this and do not accept responsibilty if the order has already been packed and shipped.
