FAQ's
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
We dispatch all orders with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. However, there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered next day. Please allow 7 working days before getting in touch, as unexpected delays can occur from time to time.
Once your order is in the process of being fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has not been received within 7 working days, then please get in touch.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation via the email address used to place the order. If you haven't recieved this, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot locate this, please email our customer service team.
If you have a minimum of 2500 followers on Instagram, feel free to contact us and we may consider you to promote our products.
We don't offer free returns unless there is an issue with your product. If there is an issue, please email over a picture and description to contact@eatvive.com
Occasionally we send out orders with our standard retail cases, which can cause confusion. The cases are labelled so please ensure you check the contents inside. If on opening, it is still not the correct item, please email contact@eatvive.com
Offcuts are usually made available to purchase around the middle of each month. However, there is no set date so we recommend regularly checking our website and social media channels around this time. Unfortunately, we cannot send out personal emails to notify their availability and we don't always promote them in the same way each month, so it's best to check our page to get ahead of the game.
If you proceed to the end of the checkout process, you should be able to see the section where you can add the discount code.
If your code is not working, it means the code is not valid for the items in your cart or the code has been used before.
Please note that only one discount code can be used at a time.
