FAQ's
UK orders should be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
They will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 service, which usually takes between 1-3 working days to arrive. Please allow 7 working days before getting in touch, as unexpected delays can occur from time to time.
The shipping service we use has limited tracking and only updates once the parcel has been delivered. Unfortunately, we don't have access to further tracking information. If your order has not been received within 7 working days, then please get in touch.
Your order confirmation email should arrive soon after you placed your order, but please allow up to an hour. It may have been sent to your spam if it is not in your regular inbox.
If you have a minimum of 2500 followers on Instagram, feel free to contact us and we may consider you to promote our products.
We don't offer free returns unless there is an issue with your product. If there is an issue, please email over a picture and description to contact@eatvive.com
We often receive emails saying the wrong bars have been sent, however usually the correct bars are packaged in a different box.
Please check inside your boxes for the correct items before getting in contact.
Offcuts are usually made available to purchase around the middle of each month, however, there is no set date so we recommend regularly checking our website and social media channels around this time. Unfortunately, we cannot send out personal emails to notify their availability and we don't always promote them in the same way each month, so it's best to check our page to get ahead of the game.
On a computer, the option to input your discount code should be on the right of the screen once you have proceeded to checkout. On a mobile browser, once you have proceeded to checkout, click on 'show order summary' with a drop down arrow, and the option to input your code should be below your order summary.
The nutritional information for our products can be found on their respective pages. Click on the 'nutritional information' button below the 'add to cart' button and it should take you to the section of the page with this info.
